Ingredients

  • 6 slices crusty Italian bread cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cubed

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. 2 Arrange the cubed bread evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. 3 In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. 4 Add the halved cherry tomatoes, cubed mozzarella, and chopped basil to the egg mixture and gently stir.
