Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine sifted flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt for the waffles.
2Whisk in milk, beaten eggs, and melted butter until smooth. Set aside.
3Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.
4In a separate bowl, marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
5In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
6Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 7 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
