Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, chili flakes, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
2Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
3While the lamb marinates, prepare the zesty herb drizzle by combining mint, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
4Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium-high heat.
5Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked bamboo skewers, dividing equally among them.
