Ingredients

  • 1 pound Mexican chorizo
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 large red bell pepper diced

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chorizo and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
