Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. 2 Season the beef short ribs with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. 3 In a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the short ribs and sear them on all sides until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
