Ingredients
2 heads romaine lettuce
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups croutons
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp anchovy paste
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions
1Wash and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
