Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a griddle until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
