Guacamole
2 large avocadospeeled and pitted
1 small tomatodiced
1 tablespoon lime juicefreshly squeezed

Instructions
1In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
2Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
3While the steak marinates, prepare the guacamole by mashing the avocados in a bowl. Stir in diced tomato, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
5Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice it thinly across the grain.
6Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side or until pliable.
7Assemble the tacos by placing slices of steak on each tortilla. Top with chopped onion, cilantro, and a dollop of guacamole. Drizzle with lime juice if desired.
8Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
