Instructions

  1. 1 In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, green onions, and white pepper. Mix well until combined.
  2. 2 Place about 1 teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. 3 Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, fold in half to form a triangle, and press to seal.
  4. 4 In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the broth.
  5. 5 Add the bok choy and carrot slices to the broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. 6 Gently add the wontons to the broth and cook for 5-6 minutes until the dumplings float to the surface and the filling is cooked.
