Ingredients

Marinade

2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon gochujang
3 cloves garlicminced
1 teaspoon gingergrated
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon black pepperfreshly ground
Instructions
1In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
2Place the thinly sliced beef in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the beef, ensuring all pieces are coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
3While the beef is marinating, cook the white rice according to package instructions.
4Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef slices in batches, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
5Once all beef is cooked, reduce heat to low and return all beef to the skillet. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Toss to combine and heat through.
