Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Mix well to create the marinade.
2Add the thinly sliced pork shoulder to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
3Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
4Add the marinated pork and sliced onions to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the pork is cooked through and slightly caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
