Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1 In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
  2. 2 Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. 3 Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken thighs from the marinade, reserving the marinade for later use.
