Sweet and Sour Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. 1 In a bowl, combine pork pieces with soy sauce and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2 Coat the marinated pork pieces in cornstarch, shaking off any excess.
  3. 3 Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. 4 Add pork pieces to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
