2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 cup brown sugarpacked
2 tablespoons honey
3 cloves garlicminced

Instructions
1Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
2In a large bowl, combine cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken pieces and toss until evenly coated.
3Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4In the same skillet, add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
5Add soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
6Return the chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the glaze. Let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is well glazed.
7Transfer the glazed chicken to a serving dish. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
