Ingredients

Instructions
1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2Set up a dredging station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with Italian-style breadcrumbs.
3Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
4Dredge each chicken piece first in the flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
5In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts until golden brown, about 4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
6Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the fried chicken breasts over the sauce.
7Top each chicken breast with remaining marinara sauce, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
8Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
9Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
