Method
- 01Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- 02In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- 03Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
- 04Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- 05Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until the ribs are tender.
- 06While the ribs are baking, prepare the BBQ sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
- 07Remove ribs from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (205°C).
- 08Unwrap the ribs and brush generously with the BBQ sauce.
- 09Place the ribs back in the oven, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
- 10Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- 11Slice the ribs and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
