200 grams paneercut into cubes
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
4 pieces whole wheat wraps
1 cup mixed salad greenswashed
Mint Chutney
1 cup fresh mint leaveschopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantrochopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 piece green chilichopped
1/4 cup water
Instructions
1In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to prepare the marinade.
2Add paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well until all pieces are coated. Allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
3While the paneer is marinating, prepare the mint chutney by blending mint leaves, cilantro, lemon juice, sugar, cumin powder, salt, green chili, and water until smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired.
4Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add a little oil, and cook the marinated paneer cubes until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
5Warm the whole wheat wraps on a skillet for a minute on each side until soft.
6To assemble the wraps, spread a generous amount of mint chutney on each wrap, add a portion of salad greens, and top with the cooked paneer cubes.
7Roll the wraps tightly and serve immediately with extra mint chutney on the side.
