Ingredients

Instructions
1In a bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a smooth slurry.
2Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3Add the cubed paneer to the pan and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
4In the same pan, add sliced bell peppers and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
5Add soy sauce, chili sauce, red chili powder, black pepper, and salt to the pan. Stir well to combine.
6Return the paneer to the pan and mix well with the bell peppers and sauces.
7Pour in the cornstarch slurry and stir continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the paneer and peppers evenly.
8Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
