  • 1 large red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions chopped

Instructions

  1. 1 In a bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a smooth slurry.
  2. 2 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. 4 In the same pan, add sliced bell peppers and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. 5 Add soy sauce, chili sauce, red chili powder, black pepper, and salt to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  6. 6 Return the paneer to the pan and mix well with the bell peppers and sauces.
  7. 7 Pour in the cornstarch slurry and stir continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the paneer and peppers evenly.
  8. 8 Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
