1 cup bell peppercut into squares
1 cup red onioncut into squares
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8-10 pieces wooden skewerssoaked in water
Tandoori Marinade
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons tandoori masala
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine plain yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, and salt to create the marinade.
2Add cubed paneer, bell peppers, and red onions to the marinade. Toss well to coat all pieces evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4Thread the marinated paneer, bell pepper, and onion alternately onto the soaked wooden skewers.
5Brush the skewers with vegetable oil to prevent sticking on the grill.
