1 cup fresh mint leaveschopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantrochopped
1 small green chilichopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon saltor to taste

Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, lemon juice, oil, and salt to make a marinade.
2Add the paneer cubes, bell pepper, and onion to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3While the paneer is marinating, prepare the mint chutney by blending mint leaves, cilantro, green chili, lemon juice, salt, and water to a smooth paste.
4Preheat a grill or non-stick pan over medium heat.
5Thread the marinated paneer, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating between them.
6Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden brown and cooked through.
7Remove the skewers from the grill and let them cool slightly.
8Serve the paneer tikka hot with mint chutney on the side.
