Ingredients
400 gramspaneercut into cubes
1 cupplain yogurt
2 tablespoonstandoori masala
1 tablespoonlemon juice
1 teaspoonginger-garlic paste
1 teaspooncumin powder
1 teaspooncoriander powder
1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
1 teaspoonsaltor to taste
1 tablespoonoil
Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
2Add paneer cubes to the marinade and gently coat them. Ensure all pieces are evenly covered. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates or pan to prevent sticking.
4Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers, leaving a bit of space between each piece for even cooking.
5Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is cooked and has grill marks.
6Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
7Serve hot with a side of mint chutney and lemon wedges.
