Ingredients
Main Ingredients
400 grams paneercut into cubes
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
to taste salt
Vegetable Ingredients
1 medium green bell peppercut into cubes
1 medium red bell peppercut into cubes
1 medium onioncut into cubes
Instructions
1In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, oil, and salt. Mix well to form a marinade.
2Add the paneer cubes and mix to coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
3Preheat a grill or a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
4Thread the marinated paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating between paneer and vegetables.
5Place the skewers on the grill or pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
6Remove from the grill and serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh coriander leaves.
