Ingredients
1 poundground beef

Instructions
1In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and tender. Set aside.
2Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
3In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix gently to combine.
4Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about 3/4-inch thick.
5Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
6During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
7Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
8To assemble the burgers, place each patty on the bottom half of a toasted hamburger bun. Top with sautéed mushrooms and cover with the top half of the bun.
