Ingredients

3 pounds pork shouldertrimmed of excess fat
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup barbecue saucestore-bought or homemade
Tangy Coleslaw
4 cups shredded cabbagegreen and purple mixed
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

8 pieces slider bunslightly toasted
Instructions
1Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
2In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
3Rub olive oil over the pork shoulder, then coat with the spice mixture.
4Place the pork in a roasting pan, cover with foil, and roast for 4 hours or until the meat is tender and pulls apart easily.
5Remove the pork from the oven, shred with two forks, and mix with barbecue sauce. Keep warm.
6In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
7In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, celery seed, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
8To assemble the sliders, place a generous amount of pulled pork on the bottom half of each slider bun, top with coleslaw, and cover with the top half of the bun.
