Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 cup glutinous ricerinsed and soaked for 4 hours or overnight
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 whole ripe mangoespeeled and sliced

1/4 cup coconut cream
1 tablespoon mint leaveschopped
Instructions
1Rinse and soak the glutinous rice for 4 hours or overnight.
2Drain the soaked rice and steam it in a steamer lined with cheesecloth for about 30-40 minutes until cooked through.
3While the rice is steaming, in a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Do not let it boil.
4Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl. Pour half of the coconut milk mixture over the hot rice and mix well. Let it sit for about 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
5Meanwhile, peel and slice the mangoes. Set aside.
6For serving, mold the sticky rice onto plates or a platter. Arrange mango slices around the rice.
7Drizzle the remaining coconut milk mixture over the rice and mango.
8Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, a dollop of coconut cream, and sprinkle chopped mint leaves on top.
9Serve immediately, enjoying the harmonious blend of textures and flavors.
