2 cupsall-purpose floursifted
1 cupgranulated sugar
1/2 cupunsalted buttermelted
1 cupmilk
1 tablespoonbaking powder

5 cupspeeled and sliced peaches
1 teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4 cupbrown sugar
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
3Add the milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
4In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the sliced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peaches are tender and the sugar has dissolved.
5Pour the peach mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
6Pour the batter evenly over the peaches, spreading it gently with a spatula if necessary.
