Method
Watch it made- 01Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- 02In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 03Add edamame and spinach to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the edamame is heated through.
- 04Stir in soy sauce, green onions, and cilantro. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- 05Prepare a shallow dish of warm water. Dip one sheet of rice paper into the water for 5-10 seconds until it softens.
- 06Place the softened rice paper on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the center.
- 07Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll it up tightly to form a dumpling. Repeat with remaining rice paper and filling.
- 08Arrange the dumplings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air-fry for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden.
- 09Sprinkle the cooked dumplings with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
