Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together the sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. 3 Add the chilled, cubed butter into the dry ingredients and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. 4 Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the cold buttermilk. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
