Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low-sodium
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. 2 Season the pork belly cubes with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. 3 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork belly cubes and sear until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
