1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepperfreshly ground

Honey Garlic Sauce
1/4 cup honey
3 cloves garlicminced
2 tablespoons soy saucelow-sodium
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
2Season the pork belly cubes with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork belly cubes and sear until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
4Transfer the seared pork belly to the prepared baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
5While the pork belly is roasting, prepare the honey garlic sauce by combining honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until well combined and slightly thickened.
6Remove the pork belly from the oven and toss with the prepared honey garlic sauce until fully coated.
7Return the pork belly to the oven and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
