Instructions
1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
2In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
3Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
4In another bowl, combine the sifted flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just blended.
5Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
