Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour sifted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest finely grated
  • 1 cup almonds chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2 In a large bowl, combine the sifted flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. 3 Add the lemon zest and chopped almonds to the dry ingredients and mix well.
