Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest freshly grated
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved

Instructions

  1. 1 Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. 2 In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on each side, about 5-6 minutes per side.
