Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu drained and pressed
  • 1 cup kimchi chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2 Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3 Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until all sides are golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4 Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.
  5. 5 In the same skillet, add minced garlic and chopped kimchi. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  6. 6 Add the soy sauce and gochujang to the skillet, mixing well with the kimchi.
  7. 7 Return the tofu to the skillet and toss to combine with the kimchi mixture.
  8. 8 Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry and mix well.
