Ingredients

Grilled Eggplant

  • 2 medium eggplants sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions
