Ingredients

  • 1 cup bulgur wheat rinsed
  • 1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves finely chopped

Instructions

  4. 4 In a large bowl, combine the soaked bulgur, chopped parsley, mint, tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions.
  5. 5 In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
