Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel and shred the green papaya using a mandoline or a grater. Place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2 Add the halved cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, and chopped basil to the bowl with the papaya.
  3. 3 In a separate small bowl, combine the fish sauce, lime juice, grated palm sugar, minced garlic, and sliced chilies. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
