3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions
1Cook the sweet potato noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil. Stir-fry the onions, carrots, bell peppers, and spinach until the vegetables are tender.
4Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and toasted sesame seeds in a bowl.
5Add the cooked noodles, beef, and sauce to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
