1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 cloves garlicminced
1 teaspoon fresh gingergrated
1 teaspoon black pepperground
2 tablespoons peargrated
Instructions
1In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground black pepper, and grated pear to create the marinade.
2Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
3Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef slices in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
4While the beef is cooking, prepare the sesame spinach. In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
5Add the fresh spinach to the pan and sauté for about 2 minutes until wilted. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and stir to combine.
