3 tablespoons doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)

1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
1In a small bowl, combine the doenjang, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame seeds to make the ssamjang sauce. Mix until well combined and set aside.
2Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
3Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5Season the cooked beef with a pinch of salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
6To assemble the wraps, take a butter lettuce leaf and add a spoonful of cooked rice in the center.
7Top the rice with a spoonful of the cooked beef.
8Drizzle a generous amount of the prepared ssamjang sauce over the beef.
9Wrap the lettuce leaf around the fillings to form a neat parcel. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
