Ingredients
1 poundchicken breastsliced into thin strips
2 cupsbroccoli florets
1 tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1 tablespooncornstarchmixed with 2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoonsgrated ginger
1 teaspoonlemon zest
1 tablespoonlemon juice
1 teaspoonhoney
2 clovesgarlicminced

1 tablespoonsesame seedstoasted
Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine chicken strips with soy sauce and set aside to marinate while preparing other ingredients.
2In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry. Set aside.
3Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
5Add the broccoli florets to the skillet, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
6Return the chicken to the skillet. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
7Pour the cornstarch slurry into the skillet, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and broccoli, about 2 minutes.
8Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
