Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. 1 In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and red chili flakes. Set aside.
  2. 2 Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. 3 Add sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. 4 In the same skillet, add minced garlic, sliced bell peppers, and onion. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. 5 Return the beef to the skillet with the vegetables.
