Ingredients

Sukiyaki Sauce

  • 1/2 cup sake

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare all the ingredients by slicing the beef thinly, cutting the tofu into cubes, and chopping the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2 In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sake to create the sukiyaki sauce.
