- 01Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 02In a large bowl, combine sifted flour and salt. Add cold butter cubes and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- 03Gradually add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough comes together. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
