- 01Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 02In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, gochujang, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
- 03Slice each croissant in half horizontally, and spread a generous layer of gochujang honey butter on the inside of both halves.
- 04Place the croissant halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut side up.
- 05Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are crispy and the butter has melted into the croissant.
- 06Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Optionally, garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped chives before serving.
