Ingredients

  • 1 lime lime cut into wedges

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2 In a bowl, combine beef slices with lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and chili paste. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3 Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until fully cooked and browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4 In a small bowl, mix together lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and chili paste to make the sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.
