Ingredients
Chicken Skewers
1 1/2 pounds chicken breastcut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juicefreshly squeezed

Avocado Salsa
2 large avocadosdiced

Instructions
1In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, orange zest, minced garlic, thyme, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
2Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
3While the chicken marinates, prepare the avocado salsa. In a medium bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Gently mix and set aside.
4Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
5Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers.
