Ingredients
1 poundlump crab meat

Instructions
1In a large bowl, gently combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper.
2Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties, being careful not to compact them too tightly.
3Place the formed crab cakes on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape during cooking.
4Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted and hot.
