2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup all-purpose floursifted
1/2 teaspoon salt

Honey Sesame Sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup soy saucelow sodium
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 cloves garlicminced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seedstoasted
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the chicken thighs in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
3In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken thighs on both sides until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
4While the chicken is searing, prepare the sauce by whisking together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
5Transfer the seared chicken thighs to an oven-safe dish. Pour the honey sesame sauce over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated.
