Instructions
1Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are charred and crispy.
4While the broccoli is roasting, prepare the glaze by combining soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Mix well.
