Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks green onions sliced

Instructions

  1. 1 In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and ground black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. 2 Place the short ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. 3 Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, turning occasionally.
